Aspire Natural Health
After my father suffered a severe stroke and I became one of his main caretakers, I began obsessively studying medicine, learning about the pros and cons of both regular and natural treatments – to try to find the best options for my dad. My passion eventually led me to change career tracks and go back to school.
I knew that as wonderful as regular medicine can be, that there was so much more that could be done to help people. So I turned down regular medical school, and went on to graduate from the most prestigious holistic medical school in the world, Bastyr University.
After graduating as a Naturopathic doctor, I specialized and dedicated my work to helping people suffering from digestive issues and autoimmunity.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve spent at least 22,000 hours and more than $250,000 of my own money working with people, studying, researching, and learning from experts about the root causes of digestive and autoimmune issues, and how to help people who are suffering.
In working with people with digestive issues and autoimmunity, I’ve seen the mistakes people dealing with these issues make, as well as the mistakes that doctors and other practitioners frequently make (and I’ve made a number of mistakes myself – which is why I believe that we always need to be learning and growing if we truly want to help people). The good news is I can help you avoid those same mistakes!
Recognizing that both regular and natural medicine have their pros and cons, I use a holistic approach that gives people suffering with autoimmunity and digestive issues options beyond just having to take drugs for their rest of their lives, and learn to live with it.
I’ve spoken for audiences both nationally and internationally, and worked with clients from all over the world for more than 12 years.
I’m a big sci-fi and fantasy nerd, and live with my wife and kids in the Seattle area with my dog, and three cats.
