Practice name
Mukilteo Natural Health Clinic
As a holistic physician, I am guided by the philosophy that everyone has an innate capacity for wellness. A native of Whidbey Island, my undergraduate at the University of Washington focused on community health, followed by Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. As a student, I volunteered with nonprofit clinics in Nicaragua and Seattle, caring for underserved patients. Coming full circle, I completed residency in family care and chronic disease at Mukilteo Natural Health Clinic in 2017.
My practice offers complete primary care services with an emphasis on children’s health, hormone support, food sensitivity, autoimmunity, digestive complaints, diabetes, heart disease, and chronic pain. Visits start with holistic workup to determine the root causes of imbalance. Treatments focus on restoring wellness from the ground up, weaving together lifestyle counseling and supportive therapies, like supplements, botanicals, physical medicine, and specialty options. My approach balances the wisdom of traditional medicine with current science and research.
Outside the clinic, I write for EcoParent Magazine and The Mukilteo Beacon, and enjoy spending time with family, cooking meals from scratch, playing Celtic mandolin, and getting outside through the seasons. I also attend regular continuing education, to bring the best of natural medicine to our patient community.
