Red Cedar Wellness Center
Robin Reddeman is a licensed Naturopathic Physician who graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. She completed a 1-year residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, which included rotations in Immune Wellness (care for people with HIV), Women’s Wellness, Physical Medicine and Primary Care. She then became adjunct clinical faculty at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health where she occasionally supervises students in the teaching clinic.
Dr. Reddeman works with patients to determine the cause of their illness by taking enough time to get to know patients’ concerns and goals, performing physical examination and when necessary, ordering lab testing and imaging, such as blood work, ultrasound and CT scans. She then recommends therapies that are most appropriate for each individual’s needs using the therapeutic order as a guide to the holistic treatment. This therapeutic order begins most simply with increasing water, sleep, nutrient intake and time in nature. Next are changes in lifestyle, use of physical medicine and utilization of vitamins, minerals and plant medicine. And finally, when needed, she recommends pharmaceuticals and referrals in order to provide the best diagnostics and medical care possible. Based on your unique situation, she will create a treatment plan that will help your mind/body/spirit heal and move towards optimal health.
Dr. Reddeman’s approach is holistic, knowing that we each have to follow our own path to creating a balanced mind, body and spirit. Her passion is guiding patients who have experienced trauma (physical, emotional, sexual), depression and/or chronic illness such as HIV, and shining light into those dark places. She provides the tools and hope for people to navigate this dynamic process.
