I am a Naturopathic Physician, writer, and founder at Precision Natural Health.
My passion is fostering a deeper awareness of the interconnectedness of all life and bringing clarity to the ways in which our choices can be most beneficial for ourselves, our families, our descendants, and the Earth.
I am currently writing a book on eating for the future, looking at our food-based legacy from both an environmental and epigenetic perspective.
In the clinic, I love listening deeply to clients and serving as a resource on their own journey toward greater well-being. As knowledge in medicine is constantly evolving, I am committed to staying up to date and on the cutting edge of developments of importance to my clients, even when it means acknowledging I don’t know an answer immediately, but am willing to look more deeply into the topic.
There is plenty of questionable and even dangerous “natural health” information that gets passed around, and as much as I value a mystical view of life, I also do my best to hold myself to a high standard of scientific integrity in what I share. I honor the complexity of interactions among all living systems and how this impacts health for each one of us.
I completed my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree at Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, and a B.S. in Ecology and creative writing from Montana State University.
Outside of work, I enjoy living an active and creative life, with a special passion for skate and telemark skiing, trail running, climbing and playing music.
I am currently exploring a minimalistic, in-touch-with-nature lifestyle by living in a teardrop trailer and working remotely from some of my favorite mountain towns.
