Yellowstone Naturopathic Clinic
Dr. Melissa Manda received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in San Diego, California in 2019 and joined the Yellowstone Naturopathic Clinic in November 2019. As a Family Medicine resident, she will serve patients in the clinic in addition to shadowing a variety of specialists in the Billings area.
Dr. Manda has completed preceptorships (intensive mentorship experiences) with highly esteemed naturopathic physicians and provided over 1,200 hours of individualized patient care. She has served in community clinics in San Diego and Nicaragua and completed three clinical rotations implementing individualized treatment plans using biofeedback and other mind-body techniques for stress management and a variety of health conditions.
An array of life experiences has shaped her passion for health, but none more than her time spent as an NCAA Division 1 student-athlete and youth volleyball coach. During this 10-year period, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of the fundamental pillars of health – nutrition, sleep, mental/emotional balance, and healthy relationships.
Dr. Manda is adept at building relationships with patients and enjoys helping each person with their unique needs. She is excited to join the Billings community! Outside of the clinic, she loves to cook, watercolor, and spend time outdoors with her partner, Brian, and their dog, Naveen.
