Welcome to a clinical practice geared towards helping your feel your best by treating the root cause of your health concerns. Oftentimes health issues are only treated on the surface without addressing the whole person. I believe in using a holistic approach that recognizes the synergy of our emotional, mental, and physical health. By treating the root cause, symptoms resolve without having to suppress them.
I have always been attracted to the holistic approach of medicine and decided to pursue my naturopathic doctorate after learning first hand about the link between food intolerances and physical symptoms. Since then, my knowledge of the human body has continued to deepen in relation to the effects our diet, lifestyle, physical environment, and social environment have on our daily and long-term health. Many times, I’ve discovered common denominators that cause a patient’s presenting symptoms.
With all of my treatment plans, I continue to see that using a natural approach to work with the human body is the most effective way to alleviate symptoms and restore a patient’s health. My holistic approach may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, oriental medicine, homeopathy, and/or botanical medicine to treat the root cause of health concern(s).
Throughout my experience, I have treated a variety of health concerns, including mental health imbalances and chronic diseases ‑ such as tick-borne illness. These cases are often complicated but not impossible. Little by little my patients and I work together to guide the body back into an environment where it can best heal itself.
I believe a good doctor-patient relationship should be based on respect, compassion, and shared decision-making. I am grateful to be a part of each patient’s healing process, and would be honored to be a part of your health journey.
Please reach out with further inquiries on how I can help guide you to better health and healing.
