Dr. Lynch joined AIMS in September 2020, shortly after receiving her naturopathic doctorate from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington. While currently working towards becoming a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology, she has a deep background and expertise in physical medicine modalities. She received special training in craniosacral therapy, Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), trigger point injection, and hydrotherapy.
Her clinical practice is guided by “vis medicatrix naturae” (the healing power of nature), evidence-based research, and an individualized step-by-step approach. Treatments often include a combination of nutrition and lifestyle counseling, botanical and nutraceutical medicines, movement and play, mind and body medicine techniques, supplemented by pharmaceutical interventions and specialty referrals.
Dr. Lynch is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. Her childhood summers were spent foraging mushrooms, plunging into cold lakes, and eating mystery vegetable stews. This background brings a passion for time outdoors, hydrotherapy, and plant based diets into her work as a naturopathic doctor and personal life.
