Kelly Parcell, ND Earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr university in Seattle, WA in 2000. She then went on to intern at the Tahoma clinic under the direction of Jonathan Wright, MD (the father of bioidentical hormones). She has extensive extracurricular training in bioidentical hormone replacement through the American Academy for Anti-aging Medicine (A4M). She is also trained in hormone pellet implant therapy. Dr. Parcell is a member of the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors (COAND) as well as the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP).
Dr. Parcell grew up in an athletic family. Her mother went to the Olympics for alpine ski racing, and her father coached the Canadian national ski team. Ski racing was an important aspect of her upbringing and earned her a scholarship to college. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has spent many years of her life chasing finish lines in ski racing, road bike racing and triathlon between school, patient care and having kids. This background gives her intimate experience about how to help aging women optimize their health and performance.
