(Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine). Dr. Green completed the majority of his clinical rotations in community clinics helping the under served, where he gained a lot of experience seeing natural medicine help those who needed a lot of help. After graduating from NCNM, Dr. Green moved to Ithaca, NY to start his naturopathic family practice, and 3 years later in 2011 relocated to Burlington, Vermont to be closer to the mountains and a (slightly) larger population.
Dr. Green has advanced training in Traditional Naturopathic Medicine and Constitutional Hydrotherapy, as well as a certificate for completing the 2 year Classical Homeopathy program from the New England School of Homeopathy. In addition to seeing patients of all ages for family care, Dr. Green focuses on gastrointestinal disorders, thyroid disorders, mental health, pediatrics, and chronic disease (including tick-borne disease). Dr. Green is a member of ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Disease Society) and is what some people call 'Lyme literate'.
Dr. Green practices primary and specialty care, and very much enjoys helping those with chronic and hard to treat conditions get better. Dr. Green's main goal is to provide safe, affordable, comprehensive natural family health care to the community.
In addition to maintaining a full time private practice and being the director of the Burlington Natural Health Center, Dr. Green enjoys spending time with his fiancee outdoors, making whole-foods based meals, and spending quality time with their two four-legged friends (Rhythm and Zoolander).
