Jessica Tabbara is a licensed doctor of naturopathic medicine, graduated from Bastyr University in 2004. Her focus of practice includes family medicine, women’s health, digestive health, immune wellness, and hormonal balancing including thyroid.
Dr. Tabbara enjoys the process of connecting with her patients and learning their goals for wellness, then combining the most up-to-date research to find the best route to achieving or maintaining health for that individual. Whether using nutrition, lifestyle approaches, vitamin and mineral therapy, herbs or conventional medicine to treat a patient, Dr. Tabbara listens to her patients and recognizes the wisdom that each person possesses regarding her or his own body and health.
Dr. Tabbara enjoys spending time outdoors with her two daughters, making meals with family and friends, and playing the piano.
