Philosophy
“I love helping people of all ages maintain their health and vitality. I bring a warm and compassionate presence to my healing work. My goal is to relieve suffering, prevent future disease and empower patients to be confident in their own self-care. Holistic Health Care combines the best of modern medicine and ancient wisdom and requires a balance of body, mind, and spirit. After a quarter century in practice I can say we are all unique individuals in every way and we owe it to ourselves to find helpful guides and consultants on our path to a healthy life.”
