Dr. Brianna Piché is a naturopathic physician and registered herbalist specializing in integrative pediatrics and postpartum care.
In addition to providing primary care for children and adolescents, she has clinical interest in adolescent and young adult gender-affirming care, sexual and reproductive health, and in providing primary care for families and children who identify as LGBTQ and non-binary. Dr. Piché also provides postpartum care and support for breastfeeding and chestfeeding parents, supporting the parent-infant dyad in the formative years to optimize long term health. Additional areas of clinical interest include pediatric autoimmune disease and gastrointestinal health.
As a passionate teacher and practitioner of clinical herbal medicine and pediatrics, Dr. Piché serves as adjunct faculty at Bastyr University within the Departments of Botanical Medicine and Naturopathic Medicine. She enjoys researching plant-based therapeutics for the treatment of common childhood illnesses in addition to conventional therapies such as prescription medications.
Dr. Piché graduated from Bastyr University and completed an accredited residency in pediatrics in Seattle, Washington.
