Dr. Langdon is an Integrative Primary Care Physician licensed in the state of Washington. She focuses on empowering patients by connecting with the mental/emotional plane to better inform the physical manifestations of pain and dis-ease. She adheres to conventional guidelines for quality care and uses complimentary therapies to understand the root cause of disease and to attain wellness. She believes we are all on our own unique journey and at times we require more guidance and support. She is delighted to provide this assistance and invites patients to participate in their healthcare with an open heart and a willingness to learn.
When Dr. Langdon is not seeing patients at Northwest Wellness she is working as a lead trainer and facilitator at 40 Years of Zen, an intensive neurofeedback center developed by Bulletproof CEO Dave Asprey. Through behavioral reconditioning, brain-mapping and trauma-focused release, emotional intelligence is augmented. This increases the brain’s capacity for excellence and has the potential to profoundly deepen one’s life course.
Dr. Langdon received her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2014 from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. During her pre-medical training she worked as an EMT in a Chicagoland Emergency Department for four years, which brought her a profound respect for the life-saving measures of conventional medicine. She holds advanced training and certification in western herbalism, craniosacral therapy, and IV therapy. She is ever grateful to her teachers Matthew Wood, RH, Faith Christensen, ND, Eric Jones, ND and her 3-year old son, Julien. She thanks her mentors Ibrahim Verghese, MD and Rich Frederickson, PhD for revealing the art and science of medicine.
