Natural Life Medicine
What do you want to be when you grow up? That is the question every child is asked. My entire life I have cared about others and have had the desire to make an impact on people’s lives for the better. I believe that I can help people improve their quality of life and increase overall health. I value the Naturopathic philosophy of treating the root cause of a problem instead of covering it up.
I graduated from Bastyr University with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and a Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. I specialize in pain management, fertility, chronic fatigue, stress, and primary care including thyroid disorders, Gastrointestinal complaints (GERD, IBS, Crohn's, food sensitivities, etc), sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, neuropathy, autoimmune disease, and more. I have extended education in IV therapy, neural therapy, craniosacral, visceral manipulation, nutrition, and botanical and Chinese herbal formulas. My undergraduate degree includes a Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science from Colorado State University.
While at Bastyr University, I was provided with a great opportunity to volunteer and give back to the community. Locally I worked with two homeless shelters, Tent City and Roots Youth Shelter. I also volunteered with the Foster Children of Seattle. Furthermore, I travelled to Haiti where I volunteered in two clinics, Naturopaths Without Boarders and Mamababy Haiti. To my surprise for all of my volunteer work I was honored with the Sheila Quinn Service to Society Award.
