Koan Natural Health
Dr. Tremblay grew up playing in the forests, fields, and water ways of the Snoqualmie Valley. This fostered a deep love and respect for the healing power of nature, and a desire to work towards the well-being of all living things.
Dr. Tremblay graduated from high school with an associate’s degree in horticulture and worked as a gardener for 10 years before returning to higher education and the healer’s path. Dr. Tremblay studied native plant ecology and ethnomedicine at The Evergreen State College, and earned her doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. Dr. Tremblay also has additional training in energetic therapies such as reiki, homeopathy, craniosacral therapy, chakra alignment, and the shamanic arts.
Dr. Tremblay was called to practice naturopathic medicine after experiencing her own health crisis. During her late teens and 20’s, she experienced multiple chronic illnesses, car accidents, and rock climbing accidents. Dr. Tremblay reclaimed her health and well-being with nutrition, lifestyle changes, and the healing power of nature. When clients struggle with their health concerns and the process of healing, Dr. Tremblay understands because she has been there too.
In her spare time, Dr. Tremblay enjoys relaxing with her husband, dog, and two cats. She is an avid reader, outdoor recreationist, homesteader, and table top gamer. Dr. Tremblay is a member of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the Washington Native Plant Association.
